2. Your Global Privacy Rights
Regardless of your geographical location, Turtle provides transparent mechanisms to exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and equivalent international privacy directives:
Right of Access & Portability
Request a structured export of all catalog products, order logs, and account metadata stored in our databases.
Right to Erasure ("Be Forgotten")
Request permanent deletion of your merchant account, storefront, and promotional databases.
3. Self-Service Data Request Portal
Submit a verified data request to our legal privacy desk. We process access and deletion requests within 30 calendar days.
4. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Turtle does not sell, rent, or lease your personal data or merchant customer records to third-party data brokers.
Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), the use of certain performance measurement cookies can technically be classified as a "sharing" of data. Disabling Performance & Analytics Telemetry in the Preference Center above serves as an automated global opt-out of cross-context behavioral analytics.
